• 
  
  Designing and implementing warehouse processes, systems, and layout.
• 
  
  Managing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate material handling.
• 
  
  Leading and developing a warehouse team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• 
  
  Collaborating with production, purchasing, and supply chain teams to align inventory and delivery schedules.
• 
  
  Ensuring compliance with safety standards and internal policies.
• 
  
  Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• 
  
  Setting up KPIs and reporting tools to monitor performance and support strategic decisions.

Que necesitas para ser exitoso

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in
  manufacturing or industrial environments.
• 
  
  Experience in
  plant startups or greenfield projects
  is highly desirable.
• 
  
  Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage teams.
• 
  
  Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse systems.
• 
  
  Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• 
  
  Familiarity with safety regulations and operational compliance.
• 
  
  Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and solve problems proactively.
• 
  
  Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• 
  
  Advanced English proficiency.
