• Inventory Mastery: Strong skills in inventory control, rotation, and accuracy, with minimal variance between physical and system records.
• Process Clarity: Capability to define, document, and enforce clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows across the warehouse team.
• Communication & Collaboration: Skilled in building effective communication channels with production, logistics, purchasing, and other departments.
• Safety & Compliance Focus: Deep understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a secure, compliant operation.
• Resilience & Problem-Solving: High tolerance for frustration, ability to solve complex problems regardless of cost, and adaptability to change.
• KPI-Driven Mindset: Focused on key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, lead time to production, and team productivity.
