• Manage the end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle for vendors supporting U.S. and Canadian operations.
• Collect, validate, and maintain vendor documentation, including service requests, banking details, tax forms and address information.
• Ensure accurate vendor setup and updates in internal systems by following established procedures and controls.
• Act as an internal point of coordination to resolve vendor‑related issues, escalating when required.
• Support routine decision‑making independently and escalate non‑standard cases for approval.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Legal, Procurement, and related teams to ensure efficient workflows.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Execute vendor processes consistently, with limited involvement in negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, including future AI enablement.
• Provide basic reporting and analytics related to vendor performance, efficiency, and data quality.

Que necesitas para ser exitoso

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree in Compañía Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related fields.
• Equivalent practical experience with a focus on Accounts Payable processes is valued.
