• Industrialization and ramp-up of new machines.
• Scrap classification and reduction in green and cured tires.
• Monitoring product parameters (UF & DB) and ensuring compliance with YRC standards.
• Specification preparation and control for test, initial, and mass production.
• Continuous improvement in TBM, curing, and finishing processes.
• Troubleshooting appearance defects in green and cured tires.
• Training and technical support for associates.
• Monitoring uniformity-related defects and proposing improvement ideas.
• Conducting technical activities such as skive angle monitoring, thermocouple measurements, cut sample analysis, and blow point checking.

Que necesitas para ser exitoso

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
• 10–11 years of relevant experience in tire manufacturing.
• Expertise in tire building processes and component analysis.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical processes.
• Experience in specification management and recipe creation.
• Knowledge of curing parameters and press hardware interaction.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
