• Monitoring and reviewing mixing recipes and compounding calculations.
• Optimizing mixing conditions and cycles for compound consistency.
• Troubleshooting quality issues in extruding and calendaring processes.
• Stabilizing and adjusting subsidiary materials (e.g., Green Inside Paint, Cement, Finishing Paint).
• Leading cost reduction efforts without compromising quality.
• Supporting new vendor development and raw material trials.
• Reducing in-process material and compound scrap.
• Providing technical support to related processes and driving kaizen initiatives.

Que necesitas para ser exitoso

• Minimum of
  10+ years
  of relevant experience in tire manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of compounding, calendaring, and extruding processes.
• Familiarity with subsidiary materials such as GIP, Bead Cement, Tread Marking Paint, and Chalk.
• Proficiency in basic QC tools and statistical process control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
• Experience in vendor development and material evaluation.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
