Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in T&A or Payroll operations, with a foundational understanding of Kronos or similar T&A systems.
• Basic knowledge of T&A to Payroll integrations and data validation processes.
• Workday, Dayforce and/or ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for interacting with HR stakeholders, employees, and third-party vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data validation and ticket management.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
