A company focused on the acquisition, development, and management of ultra-luxury hotel and residential assets, primarily operating in Mexico and the Caribbean, is looking for a Sales Subdirector to manage the end-to-end sales process of their Branded Residences.

Resumen de la posición:
As a key player in shaping the commercial strategy for our luxury residences, you’ll ensure the profitability and meet of the annual sales targets

  • Support the director in developing the annual residential sales strategy.
  • Conduct market studies to determine the appropriate pricing strategy
  • Lead the coordination between sales, development, and finance teams to ensure each residential project achives higher absorption rates while mantaining the margins set in the financial model.
  • Review the project’s financial models with the finance team on a monthly basis and propose recomendatoria to achieve the commercial and financial goals.
  • Manage the sales teams, including their performance,sales status reports, and on-site sales operations.
  • Coordinate with marketing to create promotional materials and commercial events.
  • Lead the relationship with hotel brands on matters such as brand usage monitoring, rental programs, customer recognition, brand events among others

Requisitos indispensables para esta posición:
  • Native english speaker
  • At least 5 years of profesional experience in the sale of ultra-luxury branded residences
  • Experience in selling luxury real estate within the Mexican territory, focused on North American clients
  • Currently based in Mexico City, Los Cabos or Riviera Maya
