Tu nuevo cargo

As Senior Manager, Mexico Customs Operations, you will lead customs compliance across multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico. You’ll be responsible for ensuring adherence to IMMEX, USMCA, Annex 24, and other key regulations, while managing import/export processes, HTS classifications, audits, and customs software systems. This role is pivotal in aligning customs operations with corporate strategy and driving operational excellence.

Que necesitas para ser exitoso

• 8+ years of experience in customs operations, including 5+ years in maquila environments.
• Deep knowledge of IMMEX, USMCA, HTS, Annex 24, OEA, and duty drawback procedures.
• Proven track record managing audits and working with government agencies.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico and to the U.S.
• Experience with customs software and intra-Mexico/LATAM shipments.
