We’re hiring a ServiceNow Development Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. Based in Mexico City with a hybrid schedule (Tues–Thurs in-office), you’ll manage a team of developers and drive innovation in digital workflows.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, and REST/SOAP integrations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer preferred
Experience with scoped applications, change/release management, and instance upgrades

Lead a team of developers in building scalable ServiceNow solutions
Oversee full-stack development, integrations, and platform enhancements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
Manage platform upgrades and support enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives
