We’re hiring a ServiceNow Development Analyst to support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. Based in Mexico City with a hybrid schedule (Tues–Thurs in-office), you’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact digital workflows.

What You’ll Bring
Experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, and REST/SOAP integrations
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, workflows, and catalog items
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

What You’ll Do
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications
Support integrations and data imports (REST, SOAP, JDBC)
Develop front-end portals and back-end logic
Assist in upgrades, testing, and documentation
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define requirements
