Senior Technical Implementation Consultant

Your New Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant – Implementation, you will lead technical deployments for new customer projects. This includes conducting discovery sessions, configuring and testing integrations with enterprise applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers to maintain best practices and scalability.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience with AI-powered platforms, chatbot configuration, or automation tools
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and enterprise applications such as ServiceNow and Jira
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and integration concepts
  • Proficiency with JSON, Postman, or similar API testing tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
