What You Need to Succeed

  • Support the administration and maintenance of our SAP system, including upgrades, workload analysis, and system health checks.
  • Participate in rotating on-call weekend production support.
  • Collaborate with SAP data center providers, operations, and application teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Ensure SAP operations comply with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Contribute to SAP cybersecurity efforts to support cloud migration projects.
  • Support Solution Manager for SolDoc, SEA, BPCA, and CBTA applications.
  • Provide Basis support for critical business application projects.
  • Several years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
  • Working knowledge of SAP transport management, technical architecture, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Managed System Monitoring.
  • Knowledge of SAP function modules, RFCs, ALEs, BAPIs, SOLMAN, and SEA.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Intercultural sensitivity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Efficient troubleshooting capabilities.
