Sales New Business – Financial Software Solutions

We're Hiring: Sales New Business – Financial Software Solutions
Location: Mexico
Experience: 5+ years in IT solution sales within the financial sector

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and finance? We’re looking for a Sales New Business expert to join a dynamic and international team focused on delivering cutting-edge software solutions to financial institutions across Mexico.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead prospecting campaigns and identify new business opportunities in the credit and leasing space.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Track and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Act as a strategic ambassador, aligning local actions with global business goals.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven track record (5+ years) in direct IT solution sales, ideally with a software vendor or integrator.
  • Strong network in Mexico’s financial services sector.
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and promote complex technical solutions.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office tools.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Number of qualified meetings and software presentations.
  • Volume of commercial proposals sent.
  • New deals signed with financial institutions.
