Your new role

The quality manager role is dedicated to ensuring that the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) manual and ISO9001:2015 standards are properly implemented and upheld across all departments. This position actively drives initiatives to enhance product and process quality, reduce costs, maintain compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and improve overall productivity. It involves developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting internal audits, and leading corrective action efforts to promote continuous improvement. The manager collaborates with leadership to secure and maintain relevant quality certifications, especially the ISO9001:2015 QMS. A key responsibility includes overseeing quality control documentation, verifying weld procedure compliance, and ensuring that all manufacturing activities meet applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications. The role also encompasses resolving defects and handling customer complaints through thorough root cause analysis and remediation, while supporting engineering and project management teams with warranty-related issues and quality strategies.
