Your new role

• Prioritize the global backlog in alignment with strategy, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories that drive simple and scalable solutions.
• Provide vision and direction to Agile teams, ensuring development stays focused and efficient.
• Champion data integrity and product value, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Lead planning, releases, and post-launch efforts, partnering with adoption managers and process owners.

What you need to be successful

• Agile & Sales Experience: Prior work in Agile teams and fast-paced sales environments.
• Education & Knowledge: Business Administration degree and expertise in Agile principles and project management.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and consulting capabilities.
• Communication & Autonomy: Clear written/verbal English skills, ability to manage multiple projects independently.
