Head of Controllers

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the Controllers department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Develop and implement financial control systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure proper internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Contador Público) or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
