Implement reputation management strategies to foster a positive brand image and respond proactively to customer feedback and market dynamics.
Support customer acquisition, utilizing diverse marketing channels to attract high-value customers for both business lines.
Cooperate in customer engagement initiatives to drive product usage, foster loyalty, and enhance customer lifetime value.
Design and implement a 360-degree media strategy that leverages traditional and digital media channels to maximize brand exposure and market penetration.
Lead the team to analyze media campaign performance to optimize media allocation.
Collaborate closely with the relevant teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
Work in tandem with product, customer service, and operations teams to enhance customer experiences and ensure seamless product delivery.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, and product development and differentiation opportunities.
Utilize market insights to guide product positioning and marketing messaging.
Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record (10+ years) in senior marketing roles within the financial industry, focusing on credit products and loans, preferably in the Mexican market.
Deep understanding of the financial industry, including regulatory requirements and customer preferences.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse marketing team.
Strong analytical acumen, using data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
