Tu nuevo cargo

As Mechanical Incharge / Coordinator, you will serve as the Head of the Mechanical Department, fully responsible for mechanical installation, mechanical maintenance, and equipment reliability across plant operations.
You will lead mechanical engineers and maintenance personnel, coordinating activities across Division A and Division B. This is a hands‑on, plant‑based leadership role with full responsibility from day one, as no training period is available.

• 6 to 8 years of experience in mechanical installation and mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading mechanical maintenance teams and engineers.
• Strong ability to operate independently and make technical decisions on the floor.
• Solid focus on safety, equipment reliability, and continuous operation.
• Practical leadership style, accountability, and problem‑solving mindset.
