Your New Role
As the IT Compliance Manager – Mexico, you will lead and manage IT SOX compliance initiatives, ensuring all IT controls are effectively designed and implemented. You’ll serve as a key liaison between audit teams and IT control owners, manage User Access Reviews (UARs), and support both internal and external audits. This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate across regions and contribute to broader compliance efforts.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in IT SOX, audit, security, or compliance
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with IT frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOX, ITIL) and IT General Controls
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and GRC tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, CIA) are a plus
