Your new role
The Integrated Planning Process Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the standardization, optimization, benchmarking, and governance of supply planning processes within the SAP S/4HANA platform. This position brings specialized expertise in defined global supply planning processes and enables local compañía units to execute these processes effectively within the SAP S/4HANA system. The manager evaluates and recommends necessary process improvements and system configurations to ensure alignment with global standards for supply planning activities. In addition to owning the global supply planning process, this role leads change management initiatives, develops best-in-class documentation, and provides guidance to compañía power users responsible for executing supply chain planning tasks. The manager acts as a subject matter expert and key driver of continuous improvement in supply planning operations worldwide.

What you´ll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in supply chain planning, Economy, Engineering
  • Min 5-7 years of experience with supply chain planning processes and systems (SAP ECC, S4H, IBP, Kinaxis)
    incorporates execution and implementation.
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain planning processes and systems.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within supply chain management, with specific experience in planning process ownership and improvements.
  • Deep understanding and functional knowledge of supply planning processes.
  • Awareness of the key performance indicators used to monitor the effectiveness of supply planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
  • Ideal APICS certification.
  • Advanced English.
