As Human Resources Manager you will plan, direct, and coordinate the human resources management activities of the organization to strengthen the relationship between the employee and the employer.

Que necesitas para ser exitoso

1.- Design and implement human resources policies and improvement strategies aligned with the company's values.

2.- Serve as a channel of communication between management and employees to take into account their needs and address related problems.

3.- Responsible for senior management in future obtaining of the QMS (Quality Management System) and EMS (Environment Management System) and other safety / health management activities required by management.

4.- Prepare and manage the annual budget, as well as its monthly control and consumption.

5.- Manage the recruitment and selection processes of workers.

6.- Manage and supervise work performance evaluation systems to improve productivity in all areas of the company.

7.- Coordinate training and business development plans, through career plans for staff.
