Your New Role
As an HR Data Management Analyst, you will support HR system users in the US and Canada, ensuring accurate and complete employee data. You’ll handle data loads, transaction approvals, and corrections, while also coaching users and contributing to system enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Experience in HR data management, preferably supporting US/CAN regions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HR systems preferred
- Solid Excel and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and adaptability to change
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and process enhancement
