We are seeking a senior Market Intelligence professional who can elevate our insight‑driven strategy within the commercial and industrial space. This person will serve as the organization’s central source of truth, connecting multiple data streams into clear, actionable understanding of market movement, corporate expansion, and regional dynamics.
Key Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Research, Analytics, or B2B Insights.
- Strong capability in data mining, trend identification, and synthesizing complex information.
- Experience working with paid information platforms, interpreting and integrating them into meaningful narratives.
- Skilled in market scanning: corporate expansions, industrial activity, tenant movement, sector momentum, and regional indicators.
- High comfort working with large enterprise clients (technology, industrial, logistics, finance, etc.).
- Strong communicator who can translate data into clear insights for business decisions.
- English fluency required.
- Demonstrated curiosity, ambition, and hunger to learn; self‑driven researcher.
What This Role Focuses On
- Understanding and interpreting signals across commercial and industrial real‑estate ecosystems (plants, logistics centers, industrial parks, corporate space movement).
- Making sense of B2B market dynamics, corporate expansions, supply‑chain shifts, and macro‑regional factors.
- Providing intelligence that helps serve large multinational clients with high expectations for accuracy and insight.
