The Opportunity:

As a Lead Solution Consultant within the Enterprise Content Services team, you will work across the Latam region with the sales team as a core member to identify and develop revenue opportunities within the Customer and Prospect base.
This will involve analyzing complex customer requirements and providing a compelling, unique value proposition to the customer, which leverages one or more solutions from the EIM suite.
The Lead Solution Consultant is responsible for helping the customer visualize the value proposition by building out customized demonstrations of products and solutions and delivering technology and business level presentations to technical, business and management-level audiences.

You are great at:

  • Analyzing customer EIM requirements.
  • Designing customer EIM solutions based on internal and partner products and solutions—often embedded in complex customer IT environments and strategies.
  • Acting as trusted advisor and EIM Solution Architect for customers and partners.
  • Interacting with Sales, Global Services and Partners to create and finalize Solution offerings and initial Project delivery plans.
  • Explaining and, if necessary, demonstrating complex EIM Solutions and Architectures to customers.
  • Actively engaging in the enablement of partners to improve their sales channel.
  • Creating and presenting customized solution-oriented demonstrations.
  • Managing and responding to RFXs.
  • Developing and conducting technical proof of concepts for clients.
  • Representing the company at marketing and regional events.
  • Searching for ways to create new opportunities, either by improving existing products, processes and/or use of technology.
What it takes:

  • Track record of relevant work experience in business and/or software sales environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP to help better understand customer requirements (beneficial).
  • Strong presentation and explanation skills.
  • Self-starter.
  • Proven technical expertise and ability to dig deep.
  • Excellent solution selling and value-based selling approach.
  • Experience in project management of complex presales projects.
  • Experience in architecting enterprise-level solutions.
  • Credibility & maturity to work with customer representatives ranging from technical to management level.
  • Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of EIM solutions such as document management, content management, capture, process automation, legacy system decommissioning.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Required languages: Fluent Spanish & English. Portuguese is desired.
