Your new role

As regional distribution center manager you will oversee daily on-site operations for distribution centers in Mexico and Costa Rica, including inbound, pick/pack, shipping, quality, and returns processes. You will assess operational performance using KPIs and collaborate with the 3PL partner to drive improvements. Analyzing customer demand to ensure timely release and shipment of orders while balancing warehouse and inbound/outbound capacity will be crucial. You will play a pivotal role in team expansion and development, nurturing their growth. Managing financial aspects related to inventory targets, transport efficiency, and revenue goals will be part of your responsibilities. Elevating customer experience by addressing delivery concerns and optimizing team efficiency is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, planning, quality, and safety, to address issues and make improvements. Additionally, you will communicate with country leadership and support regional growth and strategic priorities.
