Looking for a challenging and exciting new opportunity? We are currently hiring an experienced Service Director for an international company leader in the electronics sector!
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics, including import/export and warehousing, as well as overseeing the technical service area. They will also be responsible for the teams that provide technical support, training and certification to clients throughout Mexico and Latin America.
To be considered for this position, candidates should have 7–10 years of experience in service and post-sales, with certification in ITIL preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a "win-win" mentality are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, or industrial engineering, and experience in industries such as telecom, electric, electromechanical, technology, infrastructure, telephony, or data centers.
Fluency in English is required.
