Our client is seeking a Regional Reliability Manager to lead and develop their Centered Maintenance program.
You will be responsible for :

• Establishing maintenance policies and procedures
• Implementing maintenance approaches to maximize equipment efficiency
• Identifying programs to drive maintenance and reliability results.

As the Regional Reliability Manager, you will also build a culture around "Centered Maintenance and Analysis" and instruct plant personnel in the operation and maintenance of the systems provided.

This role requires up to 30-40% travel and managing of 5 plants throughout the country.

If you have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least 7–10 years of experience in reliability and maintenance management, we want to hear from you!
