We are seeking a Quality SR Manager with expertise in food processing quality management.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external locations regarding quality-related topics,
• Ensuring that products meet design, food safety, and quality policy requirements.
• You will support R&D in designing products, specifications, and capabilities to bring consumer-inspired quality to life.
• You will also support the implementation of regional and global strategies, partner with cross-functional internal and external business partners, and support regional quality programs and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D.
• Knowledge of quality systems such as HACCP, ISO9001, and FSSC22000.
• Experience in microbiology, food safety, and sanitation.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are crucial, as well as statistical processes and problem-solving techniques.
