Customer Service Specialist

Your new role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key piece in connecting the company with customers, ensuring efficient management of orders and delivery. You will focus on providing exceptional service and achieving maximum customer satisfaction, working together with the supply chain area to meet sales needs.

What you need
• High level of English language proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Preferably experience in the manufacturing industry or in the B2B environment.
• Desirable 5 years of experience in SAP.
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-focused and expert at building solid relationships.
• Effective communicator able to interact with various levels of management.
