Responsible for the organizational climate of the area under his/her responsibility
Responsible for relevant communications to all collaborators in his/her area
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements in the installed capacity of both human resources, technical resources and all the necessary supports for the correct operation Responsible for coordinating the support of external areas to achieve the objectives of the process
Responsible for defining continuous process improvements to achieve process objectives
Responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and compliance standards, managing to develop and implement improvements to the gaps, detected in each of the evaluations in the areas of compliance, legal, information security and security
Responsible for collaborating with risk areas for the improvement of fraud prevention models Responsible for implementing agreed changes and improvements related to the objectives of the process.
What you'll need to succeed
Responsible for the quality of the recruitment of candidates for the positions of Supervisor and Team Leaders Responsible for the update of work instructions.
Responsible for reviewing and improving the operational information required by the process and the Head of Operations responsible for the results of quality of work and productivity of the process under his/her responsibility
Responsible for the development of the human resources under his/her responsibility
Directly responsible for the information security of the process under his/her responsibility
Responsible for providing the necessary information of your operation for decision making
Responsible for ensuring that the minimum required levels of attendance and punctuality of the Resources
Hands on leadership.
