Tu nuevo cargo

In this role, you will:
  • Support product design and analysis, considering cost, manufacturability, and performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing industrial design solutions for new products and improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external interesadas (sales, marketing, suppliers, logistics, customs) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor orders, manage ERP changes, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle trade compliance tasks and proactively communicate updates.
  • Track shipments, resolve shortages, and keep dealers informed about order status.
  • Provide product and system knowledge through training and support.
  • Participate in projects, supporting documentation, reporting, and operational visibility.
What You Need to Succeed
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • Language: Advanced English (essential for communication with international teams).
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, commitment, and eagerness to learn.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in operations, sales cycle, manufacturing, and delivery within office furniture, interior design, or related industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field.
Additional Expectations:
  • Availability to travel for dealer visits, customer meetings, warehouse and factory inspections.
  • Ability to work from home but also attend on-site visits when required.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
