Your new role
Global Supply Chain Data Analyst Manager plays a crucial role in the Integrated Planning COE team by leveraging deep expertise in data analysis within supply chain planning to enhance planning parameters and Key Performance Indexes across business units. This role involves collecting, understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide meaningful insights, establish data flow rules, and recommend data-driven strategies for optimizing supply planning processes. Responsibilities include utilizing extensive knowledge in supply chain data analysis to refine planning parameters such as lot size, safety stocks, and planning strategies, as well as designing, implementing, and maintaining databases and analytical solutions using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Python. Additionally, this position identifies trends and patterns in complex supply planning datasets, develops efficient data collection systems to improve planning parameters and KPIs, and collaborates with internal customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization. The role also involves conducting training sessions to ensure effective adoption of best practices within the organization.
What you´ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in supply chain planning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Min 5 years experience with supply chain planning processes and systems (i.e.: SAP ECC, S4H, IBP, Kinaxis)
- Min 3 years as manager in manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role within supply chain planning.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
