Your new role
The Supply Chain Planning Process and System Expert plays a critical role in the Integrated Planning COE, championing and promoting standardized planning processes and systems while driving continuous improvement across business units. This individual provides expertise in defined standard supply planning processes and enables local business execution within the SAP S/4 HANA system by recommending process changes, system settings, and requirements to enhance supply planning activities using global standards. Additionally, they lead global change management efforts within the supply planning domain, ensuring alignment with best practices and governance standards. They are responsible for developing and documenting recommendations, transferring subject matter expertise, and guiding business power users in the effective execution of supply chain planning steps. Through their leadership, they foster consistency and efficiency in supply chain operations.

Wht you´ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in supply chain planning, Economy, Engineering
  • Min 5-7 years of experience with supply chain planning processes and systems (i.e.: SAP ECC, S4H, IBP, Kinaxis) incorporates execution and implementation.
  • Min 3 years in managerial position for manufacturing industries.
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain planning processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of industry processes regulations and standards (APICS)
  • Proven experience in a similar role within supply chain management, with specific experience in planning process ownership and improvements.
  • Deep understanding and functional knowledge of supply planning processes, but not limited to: short term production planning, MRP, RCCP, ATP.
  • Awareness of the key performance indicators used to monitor the effectiveness of supply planning.
