Your new role

• Provide operational support for SAP S/4 HANA PtP (Plan to Produce) and QM (Quality Management) workstreams.
• Implement and customize Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes.
• Lead planning process integration with SAP IBP, APO, and third-party planning solutions.
• Support key integration areas such as procurement, supply chain, warehouse management, and quality.
• Assist in SAP S/4 HANA conversion, workflow setup, interfaces, and EDI integration.
• Conduct working sessions with business users to clarify requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Research and apply OSS notes to resolve system problems.
• Collaborate with international teams using ITSM applications (ServiceNow, Teams, SharePoint, SAP ChaRM).
• Participate in on-call rotation to meet SLA commitments for IT support.
• Develop documentation, testing procedures, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions within the operations team.

What you need

• 3+ years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 HANA, strong business analysis and technical solution design skills.
• Expertise in Plan to Produce (PtP) and SAP S/4 HANA processes, including production planning, quality management, batch handling, and recipe management.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing methods like Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, Kanban, and Demand-Driven Replenishment.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and work within customer service agreements.
• Experience with other SAP modules, ABAP development, Fiori, Adobe Forms, and debugging complex programs.
• Strong communication skills in English, teamwork, problem-solving, and ability to perform under pressure.
